Fijian's breakfast
Most rural Fijians would eat homemade buns, or roti or Topoi or simply a long loaf bread in Fiji style. The bread is spread with butter or jam and eaten with a cup of tea. Tea is either made from black tea leaves, fresh lemon leaves or "Fiji grass".

KOKODA
Kokoda is food which is made of "Walu".
How to make "Walu"? Recipe of Walu is really simple! First, pickle white fish with a lime. Second, fillet it and mix with paprika, onion and coconut milk. Fijians eat this food as starter or dessert.

CASABA
How to eat Cosaba? Sock Casaba in water for few days and crush them and make dough or dry in the sun. When Fijian eat Cosaba, They wrap Casaba,dried coconut,and mited other fruits in banana leaf.

PALUSAMI
Combine chopped beef with onions,coconut milk, vegetables and spices. Rolling it up to coconut leaves and wrapped it in foil not to burn and steam it in Lobo.
